The mold construction plant is located in Candiolo (Turin), 15 km from the production plant.

The Generalplastik tooling division is able to build injection molding equipment up to 2.000x900x800 mm.
It has a technical design and feasibility analysis office (filling analysis, deformation).
There it is possible to produce final production equipment and prototype equipment (low volume).
The plant is equipped with all the necessary tools in order to guarantee the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the equipment; all the changes/adjustments needed for the under-construction molds are carried out insite. In addition, it is possible to internally produce about 20-30 molds a year.
